Multifunctionality
Recent work includes full Planning and Permitting Management for installation of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and ancillary equipment. This includes coordinating communication with various governing jurisdictions and their internal departments. By confirming the review process(es) prior to submission, we are able to reduce review times, and gauge how the reviewing jurisdiction will respond on initial review. All communication must be translated for the client, as well as delegated to internal teams for outsourcing of any necessary supporting materials. Full turnkey processing on Planning and Permitting Review from submission to approval.

Perspective
A background in Urban Design and Urban Planning, with respect to Historic Preservation offers an understanding of researching the history of a community to truly understand how goals and principles have been developed. I am able to translate goals between stakeholders and city officials.

Adaptability
Recent work experience has provided the opportunity to work alongside a range of Governing Jurisdictions including but not limited to Cities, Counties, Townships, Parishes, States, Ports and Airports. Complex Examples include LADWP, LADBS, Washington State L&I, Ohio IBI, NY/NJ Port Authority, and Massport; each with unique requirements for submission process and materials. Experience in different permitting portals provides insight on functionality and determining the right questions to ask during preliminary research. Working closely with the reviewer is important to ensure a smooth submission and review.

As an expert in Urban Design, I have developed a strong appreciation for the complexity and multidisciplinary nature of designing our cities. I specialize in designing for affordability and sustainability, working towards solutions for the housing crisis across the country. My experience has been enriched by participating in programs such as the Immersive Urban Design program offered at Ball State University, where I had the unique opportunity to study the dynamics of urban housing and participated in the National Planning Competition through the American Planning Association.
